Our week started with our Worship assemblies when we focused on the Sunday Liturgy readings which focused on the theme of FAITH which is also one of our school’s core values. On Tuesday, our Year 3 classes attended mass in the Parish Church with the parish community.
During the week children took part in other activities such as Singing assemblies, Swimming lessons and our Good news Assembly on Thursday. This week our Worship leaders group also finalised the plans for the launch or our Romero Room which will be our new Prayer and reflection room in Building 1.
Today, Class 3C led our Friday class assembly in which they spoke about different subjects they are learning about such as Catholic Social Teaching and the school’s Mission statement.
The after school activity clubs also started this week. Children who registered were offered places in clubs such as Science, Arts and Crafts, Sports and Games, music and more. Please always remember to collect children attending clubs on time at 4.15 pm.
